It’s always fascinating to see how a passion for dentistry begins at such a young age. In our case, it’s a family tradition: Kristóf is the third generation, following in the footsteps of his father, Endre, and grandfather, Zoltán. But how does this path take shape for others?
“I’ve known since I was eight that I wanted to become a dentist. I used to look forward to dental visits, not because of the treatments, of course, but because of the little gifts we received afterward. Sometimes I would even tag along with my cousins, so after they bravely got through their appointments, I could enjoy a small reward as well. Naturally, I much preferred it when they had to be the brave ones, not me. Over time, all of my older cousins chose the same profession and became dentists. I would watch them studying at home, flipping through their textbooks, and imagine myself in their place one day, getting closer and closer to my dream. At university, I found myself especially drawn to aesthetic dentistry and orthodontics. Now, years later, I’m dedicated to helping my patients achieve beautiful, confident smiles and perhaps one day, I’ll inspire a child to follow a similar path.”
